Important Vacancy Related Conditions
Candidates should carefully note the following conditions:
- A candidate can apply for a vacancy in only one state.
- Applying for one state will make the candidate ineligible to apply for any other state.

PNB LBO Jobs 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
Candidates applying for PNB LBO Jobs 2026 must satisfy the nationality conditions prescribed by the Bank.
An applicant must be:
- A citizen of India
- A subject of Nepal
- A subject of Bhutan
- A Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1 January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India
- A person of Indian origin who has migrated from specified countries with the intention of permanently settling in India
Candidates falling under the categories other than Indian citizens must possess the required eligibility certificate issued by the Government of India, wherever applicable.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Graduation Degree in any discipline from a University or Institution recognized or approved by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies.
The candidate must possess a valid mark sheet or degree certificate confirming graduation status on or before the last date of application.
The result of the qualifying examination must have been declared on or before 9 August 2026.
Candidates must enter their graduation percentage while filling out the online application form.
If CGPA, OGPA, CPI, or any other grading system is used, the candidate must convert it into percentage according to the official conversion formula prescribed by the concerned University or Institution.

PNB LBO Jobs 2026 Local Language Requirement
Local language proficiency is one of the most important eligibility conditions for this recruitment.
Candidates must be able to:

- Speak the prescribed local language
The language must correspond to the state for which the candidate has applied.
Candidates who have studied the required local language as a subject in Class 10 or Class 12 will generally be exempt from the Local Language Proficiency Test, subject to production of valid documentary proof.
Candidates who have not studied the required local language in Class 10 or Class 12 will have to appear for a Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT).

Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of post qualification work experience in the Clerical or Officer Cadre in:

Screening Process
