Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has released the BPCL Jobs 2026 notification for the recruitment of 154 Non-Management vacancies in Mumbai Refinery and Kochi Refinery. The recruitment includes Process Technician (Chemical), Process Operator/Operator (Chemical), Technician/Operator (Mechanical), and Technician (Electrical) posts. Eligible Diploma holders can apply online from 29 July 2026 to 13 August 2026 through the official BPCL website. Candidates selected for these posts will receive a salary in the NG-2 Grade Pay Scale of ₹26,500 – ₹34,000 along with DA and other allowances.

Educational Qualification
Process Technician / Process Operator
- Full-time Regular Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Chemical Technology
- Minimum 60% marks (General/OBC/EWS)
- Minimum 50% marks (SC/ST/PwBD)
Technician/Operator (Mechanical)
- Full-time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Technician (Electrical)
