Educational Qualification
The educational qualification varies according to the trade and discipline applied for. Candidates applying for the Plant Operator post should have passed 10+2 (Science Stream) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics securing the prescribed minimum marks.
For Technician trades such as Electrician, Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Welder, Electronics Mechanic, and Instrument Mechanic, candidates should have passed 10th (SSC) with Science and Mathematics along with a 2-Year ITI Certificatein the relevant trade. Candidates whose ITI course duration is less than two years must possess the required work experience as specified in the official notification.
Project Affected Persons (PAP) Eligibility
NPCIL has provided relaxed eligibility criteria for candidates whose land has been acquired for the Kudankulam Nuclear Power Project.

Training & Salary Details
Selected candidates will undergo 2 years of training with the following stipend:
