Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited (AVNL) has released the AVNL Recruitment 2026 Notification inviting online applications for various posts including Junior Technician, Junior Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Senior Manager, Deputy General Manager, Additional General Manager, and Consultant on a Fixed Term Employment basis. AVNL Recruitment 2026 : Age Limit

Junior Technician, Junior Manager, Assistant Manager & Deputy Manager

• Maximum Age : 30 Years
• Maximum Age after applicable relaxation : 55 Years

Senior Manager, Deputy General Manager, Additional General Manager & Consultant

• Maximum Age : Below 65 Years

Age will be calculated as on the last date of online application. Reserved category candidates will receive age relaxation according to Government of India and AVNL recruitment rules.

Educational Qualification

Salary Details

Selected candidates will receive an attractive monthly salary along with Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA), Special Allowance, Medical Insurance, Mobile Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Earned Leave, Casual Leave, and Annual Increment as per AVNL rules.

Apart from the salary, employees will also receive annual increments, leave benefits, PF, gratuity, and medical facilities for self and eligible family members during the contractual period.

AVNL Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

The selection process for AVNL Recruitment 2026 varies according to the post applied for. Candidates applying for Junior Technician, Junior Manager, Assistant Manager, and Deputy Manager posts will have to appear in a Computer Based Test (CBT), while Senior Manager and above-level posts will be filled through interview and assessment only. AVNL CBT Exam Pattern 2026

The Computer Based Test (CBT) will be conducted in online mode for eligible candidates. The examination consists of objective-type multiple-choice questions carrying a total of 100 marks. There will be no negative marking, allowing candidates to attempt all questions without penalty for incorrect answers.

Interview & Trade Test

Candidates shortlisted after the written examination will be invited for the next stage based on their post.

• Junior Technician: Candidates must qualify the Trade Test, which is qualifying in nature.
• Junior Manager, Assistant Manager & Deputy Manager: Candidates will be called for a Personal Interview carrying 15% weightage in the final merit.
• Senior Manager, Deputy General Manager, Additional General Manager & Consultant: Selection will be based on interview, presentation, professional experience, domain knowledge, and expertise without a CBT.
