Junior Technician, Junior Manager, Assistant Manager & Deputy Manager

Age will be calculated as on the last date of online application. Reserved category candidates will receive age relaxation according to Government of India and AVNL recruitment rules.

Salary Details
Selected candidates will receive an attractive monthly salary along with Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA), Special Allowance, Medical Insurance, Mobile Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Earned Leave, Casual Leave, and Annual Increment as per AVNL rules.

AVNL Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
The selection process for AVNL Recruitment 2026 varies according to the post applied for. - Senior Manager, Deputy General Manager, Additional General Manager & Consultant: Selection will be based on interview, presentation, professional experience, domain knowledge, and expertise without a CBT.
