The actual application fee is ₹100. Candidates from eligible exempted categories will receive a full refund of the ₹500 processing fee after appearing in the Written Test. Other candidates will receive a refund of ₹400, while ₹100 will be retained as the application fee.

Educational Qualification
Assistant / Upper Division Clerk
Candidates must possess a Graduation Degree with a minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.32 on a 10 point scale from a recognised university.
The degree must have been completed within the minimum prescribed duration of the course. Candidates must also have proficiency in the use of computers.
Junior Personal Assistant / Stenographer
Candidates must possess a Graduation Degree with a minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.32 on a 10 point scale from a recognised university.
Candidates may also be eligible with a Diploma in Commercial or Secretarial Practice having a minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.32 on a 10 point scale along with one year of experience as a Steno Typist or Stenographer.
Candidates applying for JPA and Stenographer related posts must have a minimum speed of 60 words per minute in English Shorthand or Stenography and must have proficiency in computer use.
Candidates holding a Diploma in Commercial Practice or Diploma in Commercial and Computer Practice along with an Apprenticeship Training Certificate issued by the Board of Apprenticeship Training under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme may be considered for the required one year of experience as per the notification conditions.
