Educational Qualification
The educational qualification for the GSSSB Supervisor Instructor Recruitment 2026 varies according to the selected trade group. Candidates may be eligible through a relevant engineering or technical degree, diploma, advanced vocational diploma, CITS qualification or NCIC qualification along with the prescribed work experience.
Candidates applying for the Civil Construction and Infrastructure group may be eligible with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture along with the required experience. Candidates with a three year Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture may also be eligible with the prescribed experience.
Candidates with SSC qualification along with CITS or NCIC certification and the required relevant experience may also be eligible for certain trade groups.

The written examination will consist of two parts:

Salary Details
Selected candidates will initially receive a fixed monthly pay of ₹40,800 for the first five years.
