All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
A refund is only provided when
- A product you purchased from myEnterprise is not working as promised / defined in our website.
- A product you purchased is buggy, incomplete or not resolved in time.
- After confirmation with the myEnterprise developer team with proper development environment to test the case.
For payments made for future periods, if refund request is made within 7 working days of payment, myEnterprise offers a full refund. For payments made for past periods, refunds are not served. For certain services like migration projects and training service fees are non-refundable once service is started.
